These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SYNTA website, platform, quests, token burn mechanisms, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are not on any sanctions lists or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction

SYNTA is a community-driven ecosystem on the Solana blockchain that enables users to:

• Burn Tokens: Permanently remove SYNTA tokens from circulation by sending them to a designated burn address
• Participate in Quests: Complete challenges to earn rewards and contribute to the community
• Engage with Community: Interact with other users through Discord, X (Twitter), and other channels
• Access Information: View public wallet addresses, burn statistics, and ecosystem data

All transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are irrevocable once confirmed.

Token burning involves sending SYNTA tokens to the designated burn address:

Critical Understanding:

• Burn transactions are FINAL and IRREVERSIBLE
• Once sent to the burn address, tokens CANNOT be recovered for any reason
• Burn transactions are permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any burn transactions
• Always verify the burn address before sending tokens

SYNTA may offer quests, challenges, and reward programs from time to time. Participation is subject to:

• Verification: We may require proof of burn transactions or other evidence of completion
• Discretion: Winners are selected at our sole discretion based on published criteria
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards received
• Modification: Quests may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time
• Fair Play: Cheating, automation, or fraudulent participation is strictly prohibited

CRITICAL: Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve substantial risk.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT. PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to manipulate, cheat, or automate quest participation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Engage in wash trading, spoofing, or market manipulation

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, is the property of SYNTA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Submissions: By submitting content (images, text, videos) for quests, you grant SYNTA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submission for Platform-related purposes.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information
• That defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or tokens
• Loss of opportunity or business interruption
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE VALUE OF TOKENS YOU BURNED IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYNTA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your content or submissions
• Your interaction with other users

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected].

Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. Arbitration shall be conducted in Panama City, Panama, in English.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via Discord/X announcements. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
